Crescent is dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services to migrant populations in the greater Dubuque area. The health center seeks to provide quality care and support to individuals who may not have easy access to healthcare due to language, cultural, or financial barriers. We offer a range of services, including primary and preventive care, chronic disease management, women’s health services, mental health services, and optical care. Crescent also offers community education and outreach, and referrals to other community resources including housing, food assistance, and transportation. Through these efforts, Crescent seeks to ensure that all patients have access to the highest quality of healthcare, regardless of their circumstances.
