Crescent Community Health Center opened its doors in 2006 to provide medical and dental care to uninsured and underinsured tri-state area residents. Since then, more than 25,000 patients have been treated by our medical, dental and brain health providers.
Your contribution not only supports ongoing medical, dental and brain health visits to the clinics, but reinforces our overall mission of improving the health and lives of our patients.
