Crescent Receives Three Community Health Center Quality Recognition (CHQR) Badges from the Health Resources and Services Administration

The Community Health Quality Recognition (CHQR) badges recognize Health Center Program awardees and look-alikes (LALs) that have made notable quality improvement achievements in the areas of access, quality, health equity, and health information technology for the most recent Uniform Data System (UDS) reporting period.
