National Health Center Week (August 4th-10th) is an annual celebration with the goal of raising awareness about the mission and accomplishments of America’s health centers over the past five decades. With this year's theme we are revering the ways that health centers are “Rooted in Communities.”
Diversity Inclusion Day
Tuesday, August from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
On Diversity Inclusion Day Crescent will host cultural organizations providing a wide variety valuable services in our community.
Patient Appreciation Day
Wednesday, August 7 from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
We will have fun activities throughout the day including a visit from the Tooth Fairy from 12 - 2 p.m., a nutrition table with health snacks, a photo booth, prizes including two bikes with helmets, medical screenings, and Wellness Center giveaways!

Crescent is hosting a FREE Movie in the Park at Comiskey Park! The featured movie is Wonder Park which tells the story of an amusement park where the imagination of a wildly creative girl named June comes alive. Watch the Trailer.
