Ann Welton attended Marquette University for her BSN, the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh for her MSN FNP, San Jose State University for her CNM, and Clarke University for her DNP. She joined the Crescent Community Health Center (Crescent) team originally in 2006. After about 10 years away she rejoined in October 2020 to work with the Title X grant program. 

“I enjoy working with the patients the most,” said Ann. “Helping someone take control of their illness or condition, helping them understand their body and healthcare, is very rewarding.”
