The Carl Kulczyk Memorial Award was established in honor of Carl Kulczyk, who made remarkable contributions to the Iowa PCA and the community health sector before his passing in 2008. This award serves as a tribute to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and contributions during their tenure at a health center in Iowa.

Heather Rickertsen, a highly respected and dedicated member of the Crescent team, meets and exceeds the criteria set forth for the Carl Kulczyk Memorial Award. As the Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services, Heather has played a pivotal role in advancing the mission of Crescent and strengthening its impact throughout the communities it serves.

Since then, Crescent has been providing high-quality primary and preventive medical, dental, and brain healthcare to members of the community.
