Based on the NRC patient engagement surveys and recent paper surveys, we are thrilled to share that the Brain Health Department has earned the coveted title of the department with the highest patient satisfaction scores for the year!
The Brain Health Department's remarkable dedication to providing exceptional care has resulted in an average NRC Patient Satisfaction score of an impressive 9.6 out of 10. This achievement reflects their commitment to delivering top-quality services, and it is a testament to their hard work, compassion, and patient-centered approach.
As we look ahead to 2024, we would like to inform you that the surveys will transition from NRC to Press-Ganey to track patient satisfaction, leveraging our OCHIN-EPIC system. More details on this exciting change will be provided in the future.
