Rachael Ploessl is a native to the greater Dubuque area and was excited to join the Crescent Community Health Center team in 2020.  Rachael graduated from Clarke University with her doctorate of nursing practice degree with an emphasis in family practice and is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She received her bachelor in nursing from Mount Mercy University.  Rachael enjoys working with patients of all ages and working together with them to set attainable goals to enhance their health and wellbeing. Outside of work, Rachael enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.
