Cayla Schneider joined the team as the mission advancement & community relations director at Crescent Community Health Center (Crescent) in May 2023. Cayla received her bachelor’s degree in political science from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa with a minor in English in 2007. Prior to joining Crescent, she worked as the director of development at Loras College for more than nine years, building relationships with members of the Dubuque community and beyond, and inviting them with the opportunity to give back to support the students.

"I love being able to connect with people," said Cayla. "The relationships because at the end of the day, those relationships allow Crescent to continue our important work in building a healthier community for all and supporting the patients."
