Two on-site volunteers/staff available to assist with patient flow, check-in, wayfinding, and local coordination.

For rural/community events not based at a school: community/resource center or similar partner space available nearby.

Patient and Partner Readiness

Partner can identify and help recruit/schedule an appropriate patient population.
Partner will identify one on-site liaison for day-of coordination.
Partner can assist Crescent with advance distribution/collection of registration, consent, and insurance information when applicable.
Language, accessibility, mobility, or special-needs accommodations have been identified.
Emergency vehicle access to the site can be maintained.
