Dr. Ozlem Dubauskas

Ozlem Dubauskas is a board-certified psychiatrist who works with children, adolescents, and adults. She has more than 25 years of experience in mental health, and earned her medical degree at Marmara University in Istanbul, Turkey. Dubauskas has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including residential treatment centers, health departments and hospitals. She completed a general residency in psychiatry and a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center.

She values building trust and connection with young people and their families and takes a comprehensive and collaborative approach to treatment. “I carefully assess each patient’s needs, recommend therapy and/or medications as appropriate, and involve families in open discussions about options, risks, and benefits,” she said. “I believe it’s especially important for teenagers to feel heard and to have a sense of autonomy in their treatment, which helps them engage more fully in the process. My goal is to provide thoughtful, supportive care that empowers patients and families to move forward with confidence.”
