Dr. Hubble Reichert joins Crescent Community Health Center as Chief Dental Officer, bringing more than two decades of experience in clinical dentistry, leadership, and community health. Throughout his career, he has served in private practice, academic, and public health settings, with a passion for expanding access to high-quality dental care and developing strong, patient-centered teams. Most recently, he led the transformation of a large regional dental program, overseeing significant growth in providers, services, patient access, and clinical outcomes.

Dr. Reichert earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and has dedicated much of his career to serving underserved populations. At Crescent, he is excited to support the organization’s mission, strengthen dental services, and help develop the next generation of oral health professionals through education and mentorship.

Outside of work, Dr. Reichert enjoys spending time with his wife, Melissa, and their sons, Harrison and Shepard. The family recently relocated to Dubuque and is enjoying exploring their new community. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor projects and finding new ways to stay active with his family.
