With limited resources and a growing need for accessible oral health services, our current dental clinic is at capacity. The demand for our services continues to rise daily. To address this urgent need, we are embarking on a crucial capital campaign to expand our dental clinic.

Critical Expansion for Comprehensive Care
Your contribution to our capital campaign is an investment in the creation of vital facilities—a groundbreaking initiative that includes the establishment of oral surgery suites, pediatric dental suites, dental hygiene, specialty dental, and expanded dental services. These enhancements are pivotal to meeting the escalating demand for comprehensive dental services.

With your help, we aim to serve over 11,500 patients in the Dubuque area and surrounding counties. This expanded outreach ensures that more individuals and families have access to the quality dental care they deserve, fostering a healthier community for generations to come.
Proven Success, Future Potential
Our commitment to excellence was showcased in 2020 when we expanded dental services to include reconstruction treatments, specifically focusing on tooth replacement solutions. Originally projecting 275 prosthetic procedures for 2021, the actual number surpassed all expectations, reaching over 1,600 patients. This success story underscores the importance for an expanded dental clinic.

Our Goal
The Power of Generosity
Thanks to the incredible generosity of the Delta Dental of Iowa Foundation, we have been awarded a significant $850,000 grant. This grant lays the foundation for our dental expansion project. In addition to the initial $850,000 grant, Delta Dental of Iowa Foundation also included a $500,000 challenge match, which Crescent has met making the lead gift a total of $1.35 million.

With our combined goals, we aim to raise $4.55 million over the next three years to fully realize the project. Your support ensures that we not only meet but exceed our objectives, providing high-quality, affordable dental care to more individuals and families than ever before.
