Quentin Scott
Quentin Scott is a real estate professional and committed community leader who brings a strong dedication to service, collaboration, and community development. He attended university of Northern Iowa, and originally from Des Moines, Iowa. As a member of the Crescent Community Health Board of Directors and Finance Committee, he contributes his professional perspective to advancing the organization’s mission while building meaningful connections throughout the Dubuque/ tri-state community.
Through his service with Crescent Community Health, Quentin is passionate about supporting the organization’s mission of expanding access to quality healthcare and resources for individuals and families who may face barriers to receiving the care they need. His work on the Finance Committee allows him to contribute his perspective and experience toward responsible financial stewardship and the continued growth of the organization.
Quentin also volunteers and consults with the Dubuque Miners, a nonprofit organization using football, mentorship, and leadership to uplift the community. His involvement reflects his belief that strong communities are built when people are willing to serve, lead, and invest their time in others.
While working full-time in real estate, Quentin continues to make community service a priority. Whether through healthcare, youth development, or his professional work, he is driven by a simple passion: helping people and contributing to a stronger Dubuque community.
