Dr. Marsha Horwitz
Marsha is a native of Chicago and a retired Neurologist. She received her BS degree from the University of Illinois and her MD degree from Loyola Stritch School of Medicine, practiced neurological medicine in Chicago for 20 years before moving to Dubuque in 2000 to join the neurology department of Medical Associates Clinic. She officially retired from medical practice in March of 2025.
Since moving to Dubuque, she has served on the board of directors of the Dubuque symphony orchestra and the Dubuque Regional Humane Society. She is currently participating in the Dubuque Catholic Charities post prison mentoring program.
Marsha believes that everyone should have access to quality medical care and be empowered with skills to achieve good health and overall wellness. She is excited to be a member of the Crescent Community Health Center Board of Directors in this pursuit.
In her free time, she enjoys walking her dogs, reading and socializing with friends.
