Updated Patient Procedure
Crescent will be implementing new clinic procedures in an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and for the safety of our patients and staff.
- All patients will be asked to enter in the main entrance where you will be screened (not tested) by a Crescent team member.
- Depending on your screening results and present condition, you will be directed to either the appropriate department or the respiratory clinic.
- Select labs and nurse visits will also continue outside, in the 20-minute parking spaces.
If you need to enter the building for an emergent face-to-face visit, you must be cleared by the screening team first.

We strongly urge patients to utilize our Telehealth appointment option for medical and behavioral health appointments to minimize your exposure to others.
