UPDATED PATIENT PROCEDURE

Updated Patient Procedure

Beginning Monday, April 6, 2020 Crescent will be implementing new clinic procedures in an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and for the safety of our patients and staff. 

  • All patients will be asked to enter in the north entrance (entrance nearest the large electronic sign) by car only. Upon entering all cars/patients will be directed into a line where you will be screened (not tested) by a Crescent team member. 
     
  • Depending on your screening results and present condition, you will be directed to either the well patient parking or the respiratory clinic parking. 
     
  • Select labs and nurse visits are also occurring outside, in the 20-minute parking spaces.
     
  • If you need to enter the building for an emergent face-to-face visit, you must be cleared by the screening team first. 

We will have staff available to help guide you through these new processes. Please feel free to contact us by calling 563.690.2863 with any questions or to inquire about Telehealth appointments. We strongly urge patients to utilize our Telehealth appointment option for medical and behavioral health appointments to minimize your exposure to others.
