Allison graduated from St. Ambrose University in 2005 with a master's degree in social work. She is a Licensed Independent Social Worker in the state of Iowa and holds an International Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor certification in addictions in the state of Iowa. Prior to joining Crescent Community Health Center in the summer of 2022, Allison spent 14 years providing outpatient addictions services within the Dubuque area. In her spare time Allison enjoys spending time with her husband and two children camping and kayaking.
