Board and Staff
Tassie Carter, ARNP, is a board certified family nurse practitioner who specializes in family practice, women's health services, and pediatric well child exams. Tassie see's patients of all ages for annual physicals, chronic and acute conditions, as a primary care provider. She believes open communication with patients is the best way to achieve health and wellness goals.
Tassie earned her master's degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa. Her bachelor's degree is from University of Phoenix and she has associate's degree from Northeast Iowa Community College. She is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Carter is a skilled provider who started her career in neonatal and pediatric nursing, and has worked in several family planning clinics as a family nurse practitioner throughout Iowa over the past five years.
While not in the clinic, Tassie enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. Her kids keep her busy with many sporting events. She also enjoys cooking and baking.
